Pitswap Protection

Pitswap Protection is a two-way security framework designed to safeguard both buyers and sellers on the Pitswap marketplace. By transacting on Pitswap, all users agree to the following terms below.

Buyer Protection

A buyer may file a claim under Pitswap Protection if: The purchased item was not received; or The item materially differs from the description provided in the listing. The buyer must initiate a return request within seven (7) business days of confirmed delivery. The buyer must provide supporting evidence with the claim, which may include photographs, tracking information, or other documentation demonstrating non-receipt or material misrepresentation.

Seller Protection

Resolution Process

Both buyer and seller will have seven (7) business days to respond to any requests for additional evidence during the review process. Pitswap will evaluate all claims and evidence in good faith and issue a final decision. All determinations made by Pitswap with respect to a Pitswap Protection claim are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

Both buyer and seller acknowledge that shipping processes, delays, misdeliveries, missing packages, damaged packages, return to senders (RTS), or law-enforced stopped packages are subject to be handled with the specific carrier responsible for delivery. Sellers must insure orders properly.

Exclusions

Pitswap Protection does not apply under the following conditions: Claims or returns filed outside of the seven (7) business day timeframe. Items that have been installed, modified, tampered with, or used in a manner inconsistent with the original listing prior to return. Transactions that take place outside of the Pitswap platform.

Acknowledgement

By completing a transaction on Pitswap, both buyer and seller acknowledge, accept, and agree to the terms of this Pitswap Protection Policy, including all timelines and conditions herein.
